Last week, we had the privilege of recognizing our School Resource Officers for their outstanding service and dedication to Warsaw Community Schools.

With School Resource Officer Appreciation taking place this weekend, the timing was especially meaningful. These officers serve across all 13 of our buildings and have received numerous nominations from staff and students who appreciate the positive impact they make each day.

Beyond ensuring safety, our SROs build meaningful relationships with students, mentor them, support staff, and serve as trusted role models in our schools.

Glad you asked! Every two weeks, Warsaw Community Schools unites in their Tiger Tuesday shirts and we take the time to surprise and celebrate an individual who unites others.

Recipients are honored with a small gift, a video highlight, and the joy of being recognized in front of their peers. These moments shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond to bring people together, support others, and spread positive energy across our schools.
